Moving to UK guidelines for easy excess

We had a special training for our staff to be aware of shifting while moving to UK. We felt it important to share the same with our valued customer who are looking to get the basic information, to plan their trips well.
At least 3 weeks before moving to United Kingdom, the transferee must submit an online application to UK Customs to apply for relief from and tax when importing their household goods to UK. All Tobacco products and alcoholic drink are subject to duty and tax upon importation, unless they are hand-carried by the importer.
All Used vehicles and Cars can be imported into the UK – Duty Free and Tax Free as long as the importer was possessing and using it for at least 6months outside the UK before it is imported.
